Client Service Associate (Part-Time, Remote - Israel)

Role Summary
Nardis Advisors is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Client Service Associate located in Israel to support our growing base of U.S. expat clients. This is a part-time, remote role paid on an hourly basis.
The primary objective of this position is to provide high-touch client support during Israel business hours, effectively managing client needs while our U.S. team is offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for Israel-based clients during their local workday, handling inquiries via phone and email in both English and Hebrew.
- Operational Support: Process administrative requests such as account openings, documentation preparation, and coordinating money movements (wires/transfers).
- Cross-Border Liaison: Assist clients with the nuances of U.S.-Israel financial logistics, including local banking coordination.
- CRM Maintenance: Ensure all client interactions and tasks are meticulously logged and updated in the firm’s CRM system.
Requirements
- U.S. Corporate Experience: You must have previous experience working in a corporate environment within the United States. Familiarity with U.S. business etiquette and professional standards is essential.
- Language Skills: Complete fluency in English (native level) and Hebrew is required.
- Financial Literacy: Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or a high-level administrative role is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with remote collaboration tools, CRMs, and Microsoft Office.
- Reliability: As a remote employee, you must be self-motivated and maintain a professional home-office environment.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: This position is compensated on an hourly basis. The specific rate will be determined based on the candidate’s level of corporate experience.
- Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule.
- Time Zone: Work is performed during Israel business hours, providing critical coverage “outside of U.S. hours.”
