Steven Ettinger

Steven Ettinger is a licensed attorney in the US. He is one of the top experts in Israel in US tax matters for corporations, business entities and individuals. He made aliyah to Israel in 2003. He graduated with honors with degrees in accounting and law and immediately embarked on a career in tax working for the IRS and the US Department of Justice.

After making aliyah, Steven was an international tax manager at Kesselman and Kesselman (PwC) in Tel Aviv and in 2006 was in charge of the American tax desk at KPMG Somekh Chaikin, where he advised individuals and businesses in Israel on all tax issues relevant to their activities. In 2008, he became a principal in the New York accounting firm Billet, Feit & Preis PC (BFP).

Steven has been an adjunct professor at the law school and international business program (teaching courses in tax and business law) at the Interdisciplinary College (IDC) in Herzliya.

Norman Chait is the Managing Principal of Nardis Advisors, an independent Registered Investment Advisor based in Scarsdale, NY, focused on building customized investment portfolios for a select group of individuals and families, especially for US citizens living overseas. He has 30 years of experience in all aspects of the traditional and alternative investment universe.


Norman received an MBA from Columbia University in 1995 (beta gamma sigma), and a Law Degree from Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1988. He served in the Judge Advocate General Division of the Israel Defense Force from 1988-1993 and is a graduate of the Israel Defense Force Officer’s School. Norman is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. He is also a licensed Portfolio Manager in Israel under the auspices of the Israel Securities Authority.


Norman moved back to Israel in 2016, after spending 23 years in New York, and lives in Zichron Ya’akov.
